Procedure

Product quality is one of the foundations that create our company\'s core values in business activities. To create good products, we must have a meticulous and professional process. Here you can read more to understand our production process better.

DESIGN

We conceptualize, design, and produce furniture products for the home. Our style is largely drawn from Scandinavian origins with a minimalist, cozy, and welcoming aesthetic. Our designs are used with many different mixed materials: solid wood, veneer, metal, iron, copper,... creating product lines with the most unique and fresh overall look. We spent quite a bit of time researching and designing the model, and it can be said that this is our pride.

SELECTING A SUPPLIER

We understand the importance of choosing your supplier, so this stage is often quite demanding. We rely on criteria and principles to carefully evaluate and select suppliers. We have found quality suppliers who have worked and been with us for a long time since 2015. Working together for a relatively long time, they have understood the level of quality amount of raw materials that we want to be met for production.

MANUFACTURE :

This is the process that requires the most care and investment. With a QA-QC team with many years of experience, it has brought advantages to our company. They work closely with the product development team, working with the production team daily, ensuring products are of good quality and with as little risk as possible.

CHECK THE PRODUCT 

After the production stage, we conduct detailed quality checks on each product. The inspection process includes technical inspection such as structure, assembly, moisture, and measurement of aesthetics such as color, and finishing. All are fully and carefully recorded before packaging the product.

PACKAGING PRODUCTS

Each product is carefully packaged to ensure safety during transportation. We use high-quality packaging materials, protecting products from impact and other factors that may affect quality. We have different packaging levels from ISTA 1A, ISTA 2A, ISTA 3A, and ISTA 6A standards both EPS and ECO Packing depending on customer requirements. We are especially interested in whether aspects related to each customer\'s Carton Layout information have been complied with or not. In addition, each packaging box includes assembly instructions (AI) and a product warranty to ensure customers have a favorable and long-term usage experience.
